Hi, I'm Brie
When I found my Qi Gong practice, I had just embarked on a journey of mental healing and was searching for a practice that could give me a space to both rest and grow. After discovering Qi Gong, I realized its profound mental and spiritual healing impacts and was delighted to find that it could fit simply into my schedule. Qi Gong presents the perfect balance between strengthening the body and the mind.
Qi Gong provides a healthy space to indulge our spirituality and mental health so that we can find calm and even overcome barriers and blockages. The self-empowerment one can feel by simply giving themselves the time to slow down and tap into energy inspires me. I believe that Qi Gong is one of the best practices we can invite into our lives to support and invigorate our present and future selves, and I hope I can share this message throughout my community.
